Choice Properties employs a staff of over 80 people in our offices spread over four nations.
Specialising in the overseas home market for the International Buyer, Choice Properties prides
itself on its personal service, whether our clients are looking for a second, first or vacation
home. Our offices are modest and manageable, creating the perfect setting for one-on-one service
from our staff. Paying very close attention to detail, we strive to make the process of purchasing
an overseas property not only a valuable investment but also a pleasurable experience from beginning
to end.

the necessary effort to help secure the ideal property fitting their specific needs. Our in depth
research narrows the search down from a few specifics such as the all important locations to the
construction requirements and the price range that would best suit our client's budget.
Our initial property search, made prior to making an appointment, can take quite a while, although
the actual viewing of a property by the client can be remarkably short. We have found that the time
to make an initial purchase decision can vary from 10 minutes to 3 days. Once this decision has been
made, it can take another 2 to 6 weeks to finalise all purchase contracts.
Our clients come back time and time again, even after having
made a purchase, knowing that our staff are always willing to help with every eventuality. Our
